Upon receiving your order, we will verify your shipping address and car model/year and paint code, if applicable. For painted items, please allow 4-6 business days prior to shipping to ensure paint quality. For items not in stock, it may take up to 10 business days before we ship.
Please note that our items will only fit OEM kits. White pearl powder effect is NOT available.
Canceling an order: Orders may be cancelled before shipment occurs. Painted items may not be cancelled if a special order was made. To cancel an order please contact us with your full name, order ID, reason for canceling, and the part or parts you want to cancel.
We offer FREE United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Shipping with tracking number for ALL of our products. Additional shipping charges may be incurred if a package needs to be reshipped due to incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or change address.
In certain circumstances where UPS services cannot be used, we will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) as deemed necessary.
Merchandise usually ships within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies on items that are custom or made to order as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you received all of the items as indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within 7 days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue, and variances reported after 7 days will not be credited regardless of circumstances.
We welcome local wholesale customer pick-ups only. Please contact us for special discounts if you would like to pick up the merchandise at our Whittier, California location.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on the web site, and are subject to change without notice. Bespoke Bimmer reserves the right to correct any typographical/pricing errors at any time.
Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our Credit Department. In such event, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.
Sales Tax (Within CA State Only):
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping to destinations within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate tax rate. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form.
We accept PayPal payments, or credit card payments by PayPal with confirmed addresses.

All returns must be authorized by Bespoke Bimmer within 7 days after you receive the order. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (including packaging and accessories) and include original receipt and RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. A RMA number must be issued prior to shipping item to Bespoke Bimmer. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Unauthorized items returned to Bespoke Bimmer not originally requested will be returned or refused at sender’s expense. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days within which Bespoke Bimmer must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended, reissued, or modified from its original request. When requesting a RMA number, please be as detailed as possible and include your name, order number and the reason you are returning the item. Using this RMA number we will be able to track your request and refund you appropriately. Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to write it clearly on the outside of the package before sending it to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
In the event that the item is defective or damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the order. Bespoke Bimmer will arrange for return shipping and pay for the cost of replacement, if applicable.
We advise our customers to bring purchased products to a professional body shop for installation. Bespoke Bimmer is not responsible for loss or stolen goods as a result of but not limited to faulty installations.
